hen the leaves start changing their colour and the grape juice begins to ferment in the barrels then it's wine
time. When the leaves are falling and autumn finally gives way to winter,
then we may toast with a glass of 'Heuriger', a wine symbolizing a fascinating transformation,
within a few weeks the grapes have fermented into a fresh young wine.
When the gentle hills look like they have been sprinkled with icing sugar and the winter is cold and
frosty, sitting by the fireside and listening to the crackling fire. - Then a glass of red or white wine warms you
